By using this website and placing an order you agree with the terms and conditions as described below.
ORDERS
Once you have placed your order, we will send you an order confirmation email detailing the products you have ordered.
We do our best to keep our website as up-to-date as possible. However, the possibility remains that a certain product is no longer available, in which case we will contact you as soon as possible.
Orders are only effectively paid from the moment the payment has been received.
LOLA LACOST has the right to attach conditions to orders or to refuse them, unless agreed otherwise.
DELIVERY
Orders will be shipped on every Friday. LOLA LACOST is not responsible for any delays of your package during delivery.
It's your responsibility to fill in the correct delivery address. When supplying a wrong delivery address the costs for a second delivery will be at your expense. If your information is not complete, it can slow down the processing of your order.
PRICES & PAYMENT
All prices indicated on this website are in euros, include VAT (21%) and exclude transportation expenses. The billing is done according to the price on the order confirmation.
Purchases made on LOLA LACOST are secured through trusted internet payment processing companies Stripe and PayPal. All personal debit and credit card information transmitted are handled by secured connections.
LOLA LACOST can modify prices at any moment without prior notice.

The Buyer is responsable for any additional taxes and duties. LOLA LACOST is not responsable for any fees charged by third parties.
FORCE MAJEURE
LOLA LACOST reserves the right to, in case of Force Majeure, stop the processing of an order and ultimately cancel the order without any damage restitution.
Force Majeur is any external cause as well as any circumstance, not directly related to products and services provided by LOLA LACOST, which cannot be the responsibility of LOLA LACOST.
LIABILITY
LOLA LACOST shall not be liable for damages in any form whatsoever, either physical, material or immaterial.
Any damage caused from shipping is to be taken up by you with the shipping company. We do not assume any responsibility for lost packages.
Melanie Ireland grew up in the English countryside. Her passion for travel brought her to Antwerp in 1988, where she started as a designer for the Anvers company. Melanie's talent did not go unnoticed. This led to her own clothing line Simple d 'Anvers and shop in the Koekstad. Inspired by her first pregnancy, she launched Simple Kids in 1997. Together with her two daughters, Melanie now lives in the center of town.
The Simple Kids collection is for both boys and girls from three months to eighteen years. Melanie uses different colors, materials and prints, based on her travels to exotic destinations. The collection has been carefully finished to the last detail.
